SHIPPING
Our freight calculator at the checkout will provide you with a shipping.
If you need your items urgently, we offer an Express Postage option at checkout. The additional shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Note that this option is not available for large/bulky items.
Our logistics team ships orders via Australia Post or Team Global. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours under ideal conditions. However, in some cases, it may take longer than 1 week due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery time is approximately 2-3 Days for the metropolitan area, and 6-7 Business days for regional areas ( day estimated after dispatched from our store ). If you wish to pick up your item in-store, please advise us in the notes section on the checkout page.
For international orders, we are not liable for any customs and taxes that may be applied to your order.
Please note: A few of our bulky / overweight products are exceptionally large to be sent by our regular freight company. In the event that the freight costs are too excessive, you will be advised at the checkout that we need to provide a custom freight quote and explore the most economical freight options for you. Don't worry, your order isn't lost as long as you've entered your customer details. Please call us on 1300 692 766. This feature has been added to provide the best freight options available for our customers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our team works hard to keep all products available in our Granville showroom. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of the delay, and when we expect to receive the item back into stock. If you do not wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible for us to resolve the issue at our expense.
We are confident you will be pleased with the quality of the items you order and we attempt to describe all items as accurately as possible through our product photos and descriptions. However, if you're not happy with the item you receive, please contact us within 30 days for an exchange or refund
In case of refund, Shipping charges are not considered.
We check all items before shipping but if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request faulty items to be returned for inspection before issuing a refund.
