Fill Jars by Weight, Not by Eye
Anyone who has bottled a decent harvest by hand knows how the day goes. You start careful, checking every jar on the scales, and by the fortieth one you're eyeballing it, overfilling to be safe, and giving away honey you could have sold. This automatic bottling machine takes that problem off the bench, filling by weight from 100g sample jars up to 5kg buckets, with accuracy within 1 part per thousand.
Built from food-grade stainless steel, weighing just 9kg, and running off household power or a 12V battery, it sits in the useful middle ground between hand filling and full commercial bottling lines.
Set the Weight Once, Then Just Swap Jars
The microcomputer control panel lets you set a target fill weight and store it as a preset, so switching between 500g and 1kg jars is a couple of button presses rather than a recalibration. Tare, trigger, and count functions are built in, so you always know exactly how many jars you've filled without a scrap-paper tally.
Run it in manual mode while you get a feel for it, or automatic mode, which dispenses the set weight every time a jar is in position.
Fast Enough to Change How You Harvest
The machine fills around 360 bottles per hour at 500g, or 240 per hour at 1kg, a 20kg bucket bottled into retail jars in well under half an hour, every jar at the correct weight. Quiet Japanese DC motors mean it won't dominate a garage or kitchen workspace.
Take It to the Honey, Not the Other Way Around
At 9kg with a 12V battery option, this is genuinely portable, letting you fill buckets on site at an out apiary rather than carting full drums home. It also runs on standard 220V household power for use at home.
Built for Food, Built to Clean
Every surface touching honey is food-grade stainless steel. A reverse-flow cleaning function pushes water back through the fill path, handling the worst of the cleanup before a final manual rinse.
What It Will Not Do
This machine handles liquid honey and similar liquids like juice, wine, and beer. It's not designed for candied or partly crystallised honey, warm set honey back to liquid, or run it through a decrystallizer, before bottling.

How accurate is the fill weight?
Accurate to within 1 part per thousand, filling jars from 100g up to 5kg buckets.
How fast can this machine fill jars?
Approximately 360 bottles per hour at 500g, or 240 per hour at 1kg.
Can this machine be used off-grid?
Yes, it runs on standard 220V household power or a 12V battery, making it portable for use at an out apiary.
Can I bottle crystallised honey with this machine?
No, it's designed for liquid honey only. Crystallised honey should be warmed back to liquid or run through a decrystallizer first.
How do I switch between different jar sizes?
The microcomputer panel lets you set and store a target weight as a preset, so switching sizes takes a couple of button presses.
Does the machine count how many jars have been filled?
Yes, a built-in count function tracks the number of jars filled during a session.
What's the difference between manual and automatic mode?
Manual mode lets you control each fill individually, while automatic mode dispenses the preset weight every time a jar is in position.
How do I clean the machine after use?
A reverse-flow cleaning function pushes water back through the fill path, handling most of the cleanup before a final manual rinse.
What material touches the honey during filling?
All contact surfaces are food-grade stainless steel.
Is this suitable for a hobbyist or only commercial operators?
It suits both, hobbyists get a much faster bottling day, while sideliners can pack an entire harvest without extra help.
