Insulated Double NUC Box with Top Feeder & Mesh Floor – run two small colonies side by side in one high-density EPS body. A PVC partition keeps them separate, each side has its own entrance and top feeder, and the mesh floor helps with small hive beetle control. Ideal for splits, queen mating and overwintering small colonies.
Full Depth Flat Pack Corflute Nuc Boxes (Pack of 30) – lightweight, weather-resistant corflute nucs that store flat and fold up when you need them. A practical bulk option for catching swarms, selling nucs or moving colonies during the busy spring build-up.
Why use a nuc box in spring?
A small colony in a full-size brood box struggles to keep warm and defend itself. A bee nuc box gives splits, swarms and newly mated queens the right amount of space to build up fast. Once the colony outgrows it, transfer the frames into a full hive and reuse the nuc.
